Buzzfeed’s Pull Apart Garlic Rolls have to be THE best dinner rolls I’ve ever made. They’re in a tie with Red Lobster’s Cheesy Biscuits for the best rolls I’ve ever eaten.
Put it this way, we had family dinner the other night and there was plenty of lasagna left overs but not one roll was left. I admit (hangs head in shame, ok not really) I ate 3.
* 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (I used Pillsbury buttermilk)
* 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
* ½ tsp garlic powder ( I minced about 4 cloves of garlic instead of using the powder)
* 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella
* Parmesan for top of rolls.
Cut biscuits into fourths, and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the butter, garlic powder, parsley, and mozzarella, and mix with your hands, coating all of the biscuit pieces. This was the fun part. Really get in and mix it up good.
I then added just a wee bit of shredded Parmesan cheese to the top of the rolls.
Place the pieces in a muffin tin, three pieces per tin (you’ll have two extra — just use them in whichever tin you want).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Best served fresh out of the oven!
