Okay so I missed puppy day yesterday, but I really wanted to use this photo I took yesterday at this newborn session I did. This sweet dog kept checking on this new human baby brother the whole I time I was shooting by this window, it was so precious. Animals change our lives forever in so many ways. They add happiness and provide friendship that is unparalleled to anything experienced in the human world. I especially like really big dogs like this one in the photograph. I love how goofy they can be especially when they act like they are little dogs. They love to try and sit in your lap or have you pick them up. I always find that hilarious. It’s like me in a serious case of denial about how much chocolate I have eaten when the evidence of wrappers are clearly around me. You see, dogs and humans have a lot of similarities.
I also love photographing families with their dogs. It can be a challenge, but I also think it is important to take photos with your pets as it brings all of your family together. Pets bring a different dynamic to your family that should be captured and cherished when getting your photos. Now lets be honest. Animals can be a wild card when photographing them so don’t expect picture perfect poses, but do expect to have cherished memories displaying your whole family through the photographs and fond memories of your dog and their contributions to your family.
